Step Out Ministries was founded in 2004 through a vision God revealed to us to touch and meet people where they are. Isaiah 61:1 says "The Spirit of the Lord is upon us to preach good tidings to the poor...heal the brokenhearted...proclaim liberty to the captives and those who are bound in prison...to give them beauty for ashes...joy for mourning...and praise for heaviness..."
